Being a Kindrunner

The world of blogging has brought many interesting opportunities to my door.  I’ve loved writing about races and being an official blogger for the Rite Aid race in Cleveland. Recently, I’ve been contacted about opportunities to blog for different brands and none of them have been the “right fit” for me.  And then I came across kindrunner.com and I knew I wanted to be a blog ambassador for their website.  This organization is the perfect fit for me and I’m excited to share a little about them.

Kindrunner is a shoe sales site for the runner, with running experts guiding you through the buying process.  Not sure what to buy or need to get fitted for a new pair of shoes? Kindrunner offers an in-depth gait analysis process to the customer that is unlike anything competitors do.  They look to offer the same fit and expertise of a running store but from the comfort of your own home.

Find a pair of shoes you like?  Watch an expert review of the shoe, buy it and get the following perks-free shipping to you, free return shipping if the shoe doesn’t work out, and……this is my favorite part!……ship (for free!) back your old running shoes and they are donated to people that need them via Soles4Souls.  And when you return a pair of your shoes you get a $10 credit added to your account for your next shopping visit. Kindrunner also uses UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping process, which seeks to reduce emissions of shoe delivery.

Our family is what some would call “green.”  We strive to eat locally, recycle, reduce our waste and do what we can to be good stewards of the Earth.  I’m happy that my first venture as a brand ambassador can be with Kindrunner.  I hope you’ll visit them for your next pair of shoes!
